Ingredients:
-2 cups cooked pinto beans (if from a can, drain and rinse)
-3 tbsp tahini
-2 tbsp dijon mustard
-1 tbsp lemon juice
*add additional seasonings if you would like, but I keep is VERY simple!
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a food processor, blend to combine than pour into a bowl
*sprinkle parsley and cayenne pepper on the top and serve!
