Ingredients:
-1 lb dry pinto beans (drained and rinse)
-6 cups water or veggie broth
*Additional seasonings if you would like, I keep mine plain so I can season as needed when I use them in specific recipes!
Instructions:
-rinse beans in a colander (check out the one I have HERE: https://amzn.to/3SMhlLJ
-check for rocks or anything hiding in your beans :)
-add beans to your IP cook pot
-cover with water
-cook at high pressure for 25 minutes, naturally release
(*if you are using a NON IP brand pressure cooked, cook for 30 minutes at high pressure natural release)
