Ingredients:
-2 cups black beans (check out my IP bean recipe, just swap for black beans! https://flourishingmiranda.wixsite.com/flourishing-miranda/post/instant-pot-pinto-beans
-1 lime (squeezed for juice)
-1 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
-2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp onion powder
-2 tbsp spicy brown mustard
I don't add tahini to ALL of my hummus recipes! You definitely can! Sometimes I think its nice to have the tang of mustard and a few less calories!
Instructions:
-Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth
-Pour into a bowl and enjoy with freshly chopped cilantro for a garnish
