-3 tbsp dijon mustard
-1/4 cup coconut aminos
-1 tsp ginger powder
-1 tsp Trader Joe's onion seasoning
-2 tsp garlic powder
-1 block Trader Joe's extra firm high protein tofu (any type of tofu works!)
Put tofu in a glass dish, make slices across your tofu, but don't slice all the way through. dump marinade over and cover with a lid
Place in your fridge for about 24 hours
Remove and cut into 12 slices
Pan fry on medium heat until crispy on each side, about 2 minutes per side
