-5 1/2 cups flour
-2 cups nut milk (any)
-1/2 cup vegan butter
-2 tbsp instant yeast
-1/4 cup sugar
-1 tsp salt
*Microwave your milk for about 40 seconds to make it warm, don't let it become too hot
Next add your milk, yeast and sugar to a bowl, stir to combine than let sit for about 5 minutes until the mixture becomes frothy
Add in your salt and butter than slowly add in your flour (you may need more or less flour depending if your dough is too dry or too stick so add it slowly)
Once your dough is combined as best as you can, dump it onto a lightly floured counter and knead for about 5 minutes
Add your dough back to your starting bowl cover with a towel and let it rise for 30 minutes
Once your dough has raised a first time, remove from bowl and roll into small rolls
Add your rolls to a 9x13 glass baking dish that has been greased and cover again for 30 minutes to let rise a second time
After your rolls have risen, put them in a pre heated oven 375 for 25-28 minutes
*Optional: add melted butter to the top of them as soon as the come out of the oven
