-1/2 cup red lentils
-1/2 cup white rice
-1 jar tiki masala
-1 can green beans
-4 cups veggie broth
-1 small onion chopped
*Add onion and 1/4 cup veggie broth to dutch oven, let cook for 3-4 minutes
*Add in rice, lentils, sauce, broth and green beans, stir to combine
*Bring contents to a boil, then reduce heat to low cook for 12 minutes covered
*Turn off heat, leave pot covered, don't disturb and let rest for an additional 10-12 minutes then stir well and serve
