Plant Based Chocolate Protein Bars

You’re gonna wanna make these


Recipe:

bottom:

-2 scoops vegan vanilla protein (here's my fav protein! https://a.co/d/7e2ES8F )

-3/4 cup quick oats

-3/4 cup cold water or milk

-1/2 cup nut butter

*mix all ingredients together, press into a 8x8 glass baking dish lined with parchment paper to form a “crust”

(Dough is sticky, so do your best to make it even! I like to press it with my hands but you can use a silicone spatula too!)


Top:

-1/2 cup chocolate chips

-3 tbsp nut butter

-coarse sea salt

*add chocolate chips and nut butter to a microwave safe bowl, microwave in 10 second intervals until chips and melted enough to stir into nut butter and combination is smooth

*Pour your chocolate mixture on top of your crust, smooth it out with either a spoon or a spatula

*Sprinkle with sea salt


*Pop your bars into the freezer for 2-3 hours to set because taking them out and cutting into chunks. I like to do 12 bars but you can do as many or as few as you’d like! I also store mine in the freezer, I think the texture of them frozen is sooo amazing!
