Maple Sweet Potato Protein Bars

-275g cooked sweet potato

-2 packets maple brown sugar oats (or 1/2 cup quick cooking oats)

-4 scoops vanilla protein powder (Here is the one I use! https://a.co/d/9oIqfN4 )

-3 servings nut butter (9 tbsp)

-3/4 cup water or nut milk


*Mix all ingredients together either in a large bowl or you can use your food processor

Once combined add dough to a glass baking dish lined with parchment paper and put in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Remove once chilled and cut into 12 pieces
