-8oz rice noodles
-1 onion chopped
-16 oz chopped mushrooms
-2 tbsp garlic
-1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
-2 tbsp brown mustard
-3 tbsp powdered peanut butter
-2 tsp sriracha
-salt
-3 cups veggie broth
*Add onions and 1/4 cup veggie broth to a pot, cook for 2-3 minutes until onions are translucent
Next add in mushrooms and garlic, I like to add the lid to my pot and let cook another 2-3 minutes until mushrooms release their water
Add in rest of your broth and seasonings, bring to a boil than add in noodles and cook to package instructions
