-1 1/3 cups flour
-16 oz can pumpkin puree
-3/4 cup sugar
-1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
-2 tbsp ground flax + 2 tbsp water (to make flax egg)
-1 tsp baking soda
-2 tsp cinnamon
-sprinkle of salt
*add parchment paper to line your crockpot, then pour in mix
Cover your crockpot open with a large sheet of paper towels to keep the moisture from the lid off your bread
Place the lid of your crockpot over the paper towels
Cook on low for 4-5 hours
Just finished baking in the crockpot and couldn’t wait till it cooled. I’m a texture eater so that worked and the taste is delicious!
