-2 cups white rice
-1/2 cup lentils (i used brown)
-1 medium onion, chopped
-1 green bell pepper, chopped
-6 cups veggie broth (or water)
Seasonings:
-1 tsp chili flakes
-1 tsp paprika
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp parsley
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp salt
*Add all ingredients to your crockpot and cover with broth. Stir well. Cover with crockpot lid and cook for 3 hours on high
