-3 tbsp butter
-3 tbsp flour
-16 oz milk
-32 oz mushrooms
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp cayenne
Add butter to a hot skillet, once it's fully melted whisk in flour
Once you have a nice thick paste slowly add in milk and whisk
Let sauce come to a simmer and it will thicken nicely
Add in mushrooms and seasonings, turn heat to low and let sit for 2-3 minutes to let the mushrooms release their liquid
Stir well and serve with potatoes, pasta, rice and more!
