4 ripe bananas
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp ground flaxseed
2 cups cornmeal
1 cup of water or nut milk
*Mash your bananas than add additional ingredients. Add water in last to see if you need a little more or a little less
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until center is baked completely
*Makes 15 muffins
* I like to add a touch of cinnamon sugar to the tops before baking
