-1 cup nut milk
-1 cup quick oats
-1/2 cup corn meal
-1 tsp baking soda
-2 cups blueberries
-2 tbsp ground flaxseed + 3 tbsp water (make a flax egg, let it sit for 3-4 minutes)
*Add your flax egg and all other ingredients into a large bowl, combine well
Pour into a glass baking dish and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes
