-1/2 cup nut butter (I use almond butter)
-1/2 cup oat flour
-3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
-3 scoops @pescience Vanilla plant based protien

-1/4 cup water or milk
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1 tsp lemon extract
-sprinkles
instructions:
-mix together all your wet ingredients than add in your dry ingredients
-line a glass baking dish with parchment paper, add dough and flattened with your hand evenly
-add sprinkles and press down gently
-refrigerate for 2-3 hours before cutting into 6-8 bars and enjoying
*notes: if dough is a little too wet/or dry add less/more water or milk. dough is a bit sticky but the texture should be like cookie dough once it’s mixed
