Ingredients:
-1 bag very cherry berries from Trader Joe's (or substitute for 12 oz of whatever type of frozen berries you like!)
-2 1/2 cups oat fashioned oats
-1 1/2 cup applesauce
-1 cup KiteHill yogurt (or anything you like!)
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, add to a glass baking dish that is sprayed with avocado oil so it doesn't stick!
Bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes
You can eat this oatmeal bake fresh out of the oven or let it cool fully and enjoy it through out the week! You can get creative an add any fruits, seeds or chocolates to the mix to make unique flavor combinations!
Is there a substitute for the yogurt or can you leave this out? Like put plant based milk in there instead?
