-1 lb white mushrooms, washed and chopped
-1 onion, chopped
-1 1/4 cup nut milk (any)
-1/4 cup flour
-2 tbsp fresh garlic
-1 tsp salt
-1/4 cup veggie broth
-2 tbsp butter *optional
(A great additional is italian seasoning or parsley!)
*Add butter your pan, let melt than add in onions, mushrooms, garlic and salt
Let cook for about 4 minutes than add in your veggie broth, let cook for about 2-3 minutes
Mix your milk and flour and slowly whisk into gravy
Once fully combined I like to turn off the heat and let it sit for a few minutes to get really glossy
